In the app, tap Profile → Give Feedback, or write to support@getbaze.app. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can.

Subscriptions

BAZE Premium is billed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BAZE on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides on refunds, we can't issue them.

Bought Premium on another phone or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases.

Face Battle

Face Battle needs an iPhone with Face ID (it uses the TrueDepth camera). If the game can't find your face, try more light and hold the phone at arm's length, straight in front of you.

Your data

To delete your account, name and photos, open Profile → Delete account in the app. It's immediate and can't be undone, and it doesn't cancel an Apple subscription. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
